Nobis Fund is an investment fund established in 2018 that operates on the basis of a registration by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.
The name of the Fund originates from the Latin word nobis which means “us” in translation.
The main goal of the Fund is to unite investors with similar ideas and to make the capital involved by them generate revenue for us, the investors. Nobis Fund values collective activities very much and believes that together, it is possible to make smart and large investments in a way that guarantees maximum capital growth.

Nobis Fund cooperates with both institutional and private investors across Europe.
We mostly invest in the real estate sector of the European Economic Area and in Switzerland. On the market, we are mainly oriented to invest in Class A office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, motels and apartment buildings. We are constantly on the lookout for interesting and promising investment opportunities and we are committed to keep the investments of investors in good hands.
